IBA was founded in 2010 with recognized and experienced lawyers providing solid legal counsel in the areas of intellectual property, business law, corporate law, entertainment law, and litigation.

PROFILE – CARLOS TRUJILLO
Carlos Trujillo is an outstanding lawyer graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, backed by a strong academic background and extensive professional experience spanning over twenty-five years. His career includes obtaining five specializations from the Graduate School of Law at the Universidad Panamericana, as well as the successful completion of a Master's in Compliance from EALDE.
Throughout his career, he has led cases and legal matters in various areas, such as intellectual property, corporate law, commercial law, regulatory law, compliance, new technologies law, and entertainment law. His active participation in the Mexican Bar Association, the College of Lawyers, and the Licensing Executives Society (LES Mexico, A.C.) highlights his commitment to excellence and professional ethics.
Carlos Trujillo has received notable recognitions in the legal industry, being included in the IP STARS Book by Managing Intellectual Property as a recommended lawyer in Mexico in the field of copyright. Likewise, The Legal 500 has distinguished him as a specialist and standout lawyer in the areas of copyright and rights licensing.
In the academic field, he has shared his extensive knowledge as a lecturer at the Universidad Panamericana and the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Furthermore, his participation as a speaker in forums organized by COFIDE reflects his commitment to the dissemination of legal knowledge.
Carlos Trujillo has also made his mark in legal literature, being the author of several articles and publications both nationally and internationally. His intellectual contribution reflects his dedication to staying updated on legal developments and sharing his experience with the legal community.
